Diego attended Pastry school in Argentina at I.A.G, Instituto Argentino de Gastronomía. (Argentinian Institute of gastronomy). He has been working in the restaurant industry for over 20 years in both Argentina and United States.
Diego has experience in Argentinian Pastries and bake goods, European Pastries, such as cakes, pies, tarts, laminated doughs (Puff Pastry, Croissants, Medialunas and sweet rolls), and much, much more...
